Nathan & Mary Beth – Married

The day started out quiet with just Mary Beth, her mom and me at Hair a go-go. After her hair was perfect and birdcage veil in place, we headed over to the MAC counter at Belk where Jodi did an amazing job on Mary Beth’s makeup.

Everyone soon arrived dressed and ready to go at Fairyland Club on Lookout Mountain. Nathan and Mary Beth decided to see each other prior to the ceremony to allow for a few extra minutes alone to soak it all in. Afterwards they were greeted by their bridal party with beautiful bouquets from Humphrey’s Flowers, loved the purple and orange Helen! The ceremony and reception were both held at the club and Mary Beth and Nathan had such sweet decor perfect for the room. Entertainment Solutions was the DJ for the evening and Whipped Cupcakes provided the cute cupcakes.

Thank you so much Nathan and Mary Beth for having us as your photographers….your family and friends were so sweet and we enjoyed spending the day with all of you!

My latest thoughts on a First Look….don’t do it to “make it easier”, don’t do it for the pictures, do it for yourselves! It’s just a few sweet minutes that you and your husband to be are given alone during the whole entire day. A little while before Nathan and Mary Beth left for their honeymoon, we noticed a rainbow had formed over the valley in plain view. Like excited little kids, Eric and I hurried the newlyweds outside for a few shots. If only everyone could have a full rainbow at the end of their wedding day….sigh (-:
